Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cue website and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SOSA PROJECTS, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using Cue, you:
- Agree to be bound by these Terms
- Represent that you are at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Cue is currently in pre-launch. The Service presently consists of a waitlist signup page. By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from us about the development and launch of Cue.
When launched, Cue will be an AI-powered assistant application. These Terms will be updated to reflect the full scope of the Service at that time.
3. Waitlist Participation
By joining the waitlist, you:
- Provide your email address voluntarily
- Consent to receive occasional updates about Cue
- May unsubscribe at any time by contacting us
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the final product or any specific features.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to exploit or abuse the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Scrape data or reverse engineer the Service
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Cue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Cue, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cue from any claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Service
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
8. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration

A. Agreement to Arbitrate
You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
B. No Jury Trial
You waive the right to a jury trial.
C. Class Action Waiver
You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
D. Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first using the Service by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: "Arbitration Opt-Out"
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
11. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SOSA PROJECTS, LLC regarding the Service.
